Confidata Sync (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides virtual administrative and operational support services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Confidata Sync provides non-clinical, administrative support services only. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, nor do we make clinical decisions on behalf of any client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining required licenses and compliance obligations, and ensuring all delegated tasks are lawful and appropriate.

3. HIPAA & Confidentiality

Where applicable, services are performed in alignment with HIPAA-compliant practices. Confidential information shared with Confidata Sync will be handled with reasonable care and discretion. Clients acknowledge that ultimate compliance responsibility remains with the client entity.

4. Payments & Billing

All fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase or contract execution. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, workflows, and content created by Confidata Sync remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Confidata Sync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the applicable service period.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed service plan or written agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of  Texas.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Effective Date: 11/01/2025

Confidata Sync provides professional, non-clinical virtual administrative support services. Due to the nature of services rendered, the following policy applies.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Confidata Sync are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered

  • Partial use of services or unused service time

  • Subscription periods that have begun

  • Client delays, non-responsiveness, or failure to provide required information

Subscription Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

  • Cancellation stops future billing only and does not result in a refund for prior charges.

  • Services remain available through the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Dispute Resolution

Clients agree to contact Confidata Sync directly to resolve billing or service concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Confidata Sync may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of the client relationship

  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor to contest the dispute
